Payment Plan Option (24 months):  A deposit of 25% is required within 45 days of booking a unit, the balance is paid in three lump-sum payments of 25% every 8 months (A booking fee of Ksh 2,900,000 is required to be paid within 7 days which will be part of the 1st 25% instalment)
